Ron Muller
Dr. Ron Mueller – CEO of Macrosoft, Inc. Ron founded Macrosoft in 1993 after 20 years of performing advanced design and development for companies including Argonne National Laboratories, Bell Labs, and AT&T.
Ron is a technology leader with extensive technical and business experience in business process re-engineering and new systems development. Ron has his BS degree from Fordham University and his Ph D in physics from New York University.
Demirhan Yenigun
Dr. Demirhan Yenigun has 30 years of leadership, strategic thinking, and accomplishments in implementing analytical solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Demirhan is currently the CEO of Metrica Group, Industry Advisor and Adjunct Professor of Data Analytics and Data Mining at Decision Sciences Department of GWU Business School and serves as the CEO of DomainGo a specialized web-based data mining company.
Anil Thomas
Anil Thomas brings extensive experience as an accomplished leader in data, analytics, business intelligence, machine learning and enterprise technologies. Anil has led some of the most complex and impactful transformation initiatives with data and advanced technologies at the core. Anil has served as SVP & CIO at DFC Corp., SVP of Information Management at Bank of America, and in Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase. He also held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, PWC and IBM.
Anil holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science from University of Central Oklahoma.

Jose Joseph CEO and President
Jose has over 25 years’ experience implementing Software Solutions for clients. With a proven record in Consulting, Management and Executing complex solutions. Jose worked for AT&T, Bell Labs, PwC, Coca-Cola and Model N before founding JAS.
Currently, Jose is deeply passionate about building Business Intelligent Solutions using Data Visualization tools. He manages teams that develop such solutions for a large telecommunication company in Revenue Assurance and Telecom Expense Management. Jose has an MBA from NYU, M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, India and B. E from NIT Trichi, India.
Kuruvilla Cherian CFO
Kuruvilla has over 30 years’ experience in the accounting and finance fields. He is an advisor to many medium and small companies. He is a CPA with expertise in guiding and establishing finance and accounting functions for organizations. He has an excellent knowledge of the tax codes and supports companies with their tax filings and tax audit resolutions.
Mathew Pongonthara VP Operations
Mathew has been our operation Manager for the last 10 years and manages all the day to day operations of the business. Prior to joining JAS he worked for 15 years for several financial firms in the operations division. Mathew has a B.S and M.B.A
Arun Misra General Counsel
Arun has been our General Counsel for the last 15 years. He has been practicing law for over 25 years. His expertise is in corporate and immigration laws and is licensed in New York state.

Swapna Malabanti Director Product Development
Swapna has over 14 years’ experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementing and Testing software application using Microsoft BI stack, SQL server, Oracle database, mainframe and with various ETL tools. She has extensive experience with Microsoft BI tools – Power BI, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS. Swapna has a B.E in Computer Science and Technology.
Dinesh Konduru Director BI Solutions
Dinesh is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 7+ years’ experience working in the telecommunications industry. Skilled in Azure Data Platform, Analytics, Power BI, Big Data and Data Engineering. Dinesh is MS certified in Power BI, has a B.E in Engineering and M.S in Computer Science.
Karthik Valapala Senior Developer
Karthik has over 8 years of experience in the analysis, design and development of solutions using SQL Server and Business Intelligence tools (BIDS) – SSIS, SSRS and SSAS. He is MS Certified in Power BI and has a B.E in Engineering and M.S in Computer Science.
Terry Hefland Senior Developer
Terry is a Software Developer with over 15 years of experience. Produced valuable contributions at ATT Labs, Bell Labs, the U.S. Army. and BM operating systems lab. Proven expertise in modeling problems and creating robust solutions. Terry has an BS and MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
James Lu Database Administrator
James has over 15 years’ experience as an application and systems DBA. He has functioned as an administrator for both Oracle and MS SQL databases. James is also an excellent PL/SQL developer. He has an MS in Computer Science, MS in Software Engineering and BS in Electronics Engineering.
Eduardo Oracion Systems Administrator
Eduardo is a highly experienced IT Professional in Linux/UNIX System Administration, Application DevOps and Production Support, Eduardo has expertise in the Banking, Finance and Telecommunication Industries. He has a B.S and M.S in Computer Science.
